George and ANR Flooring refinished the hardwood floors in my “new” (93-year old) condo. George was incredibly responsive throughout the process and was patient with my many questions about flooring stains and finishes. I discovered some old termite damage when removing the old carpet, and George and his team repaired the boards so they blend right in… My newly refinished floors (red pine with Duraseal Provincial stain) are gorgeous!

We had Jorge Regalado replace our entire downstairs flooring with luxury vinyl plank. He did an amazing job, and even took the time to correct an underlying subfloor issue by our back door instead of just covering it up. We recently asked him to come back and lay a coordinating luxury vinyl plank throughout our upstairs and on the stair treads. Everything looks perfect.

I had a toilet leak at a rental… I was able to get on ANR’s schedule in 2 days!!! They showed up on time and replaced all the flooring & trim in the bathroom with a beautiful waterproof vinyl. All in 1 day!! This is exactly what you want from a flooring company: knowledgeable, fast, honest and professional!

Based on our lifestyle (multiple dogs, teenage boys) and usage, he gave us recommendations on what kind of flooring to look for… The work is impeccable, the workers were professional, very nice, and cleaned up after themselves. It has been 7 months since my floors have been installed and they look the same today as they did on the day they were installed.

ANR completed two projects: installed retrofit stair treads for our staircase and wood flooring for the stair landing, and later installed luxury vinyl planks in a new closet. Both projects included the necessary trim work. Jorge takes pride in his work and it shows. He did an exceptional job at a fair price on both projects.

Jorge did a fantastic job on hardwood floors that appeared to be impossibly stained. This house had been a pet friendly rental for the last 19 years. These floors now look brand new!! Great attention to detail, professional, great price. Highly recommend!

Jorge is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He worked around my schedule and the finished floor looks great! I am going to use him on the remaining rooms in the house.

Was on time to come out and give the quote, was a very reasonable price… was able to fit me into his schedule 3 days later, was there exactly when he said he would be, had everything with him that he needed… cleaned up after himself, very friendly and very professional.

I could not be happier with the work and professionalism from Jorge and his crew. I will definitely be hiring him again for the rest of my bedrooms!
